Created out of mineral fiber, TBF basement ceiling tiles are mold resistant and have a 30-year warranty against mold and mildew. The tiles are easily placed into the drop ceiling framing. The drop basement ceiling tiles are fully compatible with our fluorescent lighting and down lighting. The edges of the ceiling are always trimmed with white crown molding, which gives our ceilings a sophisticated, finished look!
